So I bought a Wii for my mom and I so we can get fit and have fun. I bought the new Just Dance game and had a blast playing it but the next morning when I woke up my knee was in total pain!
I couldn’t bend it, extend,even walk without having immense pain as the days passed the pain decreased but its almost been a month and i still have pain when i bend my knee or have it in the same position for a long time.
It sort of feels likewhen you want to pop your knuckle but you can’t because it hurts, it feels like I need to pop it and i cant.. I don’t know what kind of injury i have but can someone tell me what it probably is and what i should do to make it feel better? This will help me so much please! Thank you!

Just like any activity, you gotta warm up and you just can’t jump into it 100%.
Weekend Wii-warrior is no different than trying to play soccer, tennis or hockey when you’re not in condition for it.
